- 1 large cucumber, cut into small chunks
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
- Juice of lime
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp sugar
Instructions:
Place cucumber chunks, onions and chilli into a bowl. Add the lime juice, soy
sauce and sugar. Combine and chill for a few hours.
This
makes a great side salad with any BBQ meat.
