Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked black beans
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 green bell pepper finely diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can of tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning.
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
Directions
In a large bowl add all the ingredients. If you are using canned beans, drain and rinse the beans. Mix well, and refrigerate for at least four hours. Serve with chips and sour cream.
